Each year, Clarivate announces the Top 100 Global Innovators – a list of the most innovative companies around the globe. Using data science and domain expertise, Clarivate compares 50 million ideas through billions of calculations to discover who has made it to the very top.

The list is published in the Top 100 Global Innovators report and promoted throughout the year. It plays a core role in raising brand awareness and driving new business and renewals.

The 2026 edition of the Top 100 Global Innovators report explores a world where innovation is no longer just about invention — it’s about intention, precision and strategic clarity. In an era defined by artificial intelligence (AI), the stakes are higher, the cycles are faster, and the boundaries between disciplines are dissolving.

This year’s report positions AI as the next industrial revolution — not driven by matter, but by meaning. It’s a transformation rooted in mathematics, where data becomes energy, and innovation becomes a system of systems. 

The narrative moves from abstraction to application, showing how the world’s leading organisations are navigating complexity with purpose.

Taking cues from patent submissions, we created intricate renderings which demonstrate the shift from matter to meaning. These static creations were then translated into mesmerising 3D animations giving the campaign stand out and benchmark performance.
